After being diagnosed with hip dysplasia, she experienced the fragmented healthcare system firsthand. Confronted with a series of misdiagnoses, unnecessary procedures, and unexpected medical bills, she developed a passion for supporting early-stage disruptors in healthcare. Layla started her career in healthcare investment banking, specializing in healthcare IT and services. She is thrilled to now work alongside her TCAP team to find and back founders dedicated to transforming the industry.
