Nicole's interest in healthcare began as a volunteer first responder at her local fire station, where she spent hundreds of hours delivering first aid at national events around the capital. That interest carried through college, where she worked in neuroscience labs, and later into healthcare policy at a Medicaid Managed Care trade association. These early experiences drove Nicole's passion not just for working in and around healthcare, but for making care more efficient, effective, and accessible to those who need it. She is particularly focused on innovation in women's health, mental health, and life sciences, especially the rapid adoption of AI and novel technology.
